Mountain Mac Solutions provides reliable, affordable tech support for individuals and small businesses throughout the Kootenays, with onsite and carry-in services locally, and remote support available Canada-wide. We offer transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

30-minute minimum per service engagement.

Time is rounded up in 15-minute increments.

Onsite time starts on arrival.

Remote support time is billed from connection to disconnection.

Onsite Travel Fees

Based on distance from Nelson, B.C.

Distance Travel Fee
Up to 5 km $10
5 to 20 km $20
20 to 50 km $40
Over 50 km Time billed from departure from home office

Repair Fees

Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve hardware replacement, internal cleaning, or specialized diagnosis.

Free consultation & estimate provided before any work begins

Once approved, repairs are billed at the appropriate hourly rate or a flat rate (if applicable)

All hardware costs will be clearly outlined in the estimate

Payment Information

Payment is due at the end of service

5% GST applies to all services

7% PST applies to all repairs in British Columbia

Accepted payment methods:  Interac e-Transfer or Cheque
